You can buy a smartphone in Bangladesh through Cardless EMI (installments without a credit card). You generally don't need a credit card, but you may need a valid NID, proof of income, and a bank account or mobile financial services account, depending on the provider.

How to apply for cardless EMI

1. Choose your smartphone from a participating shop.

2. Ask whether they offer cardless EMI.

3. Select an installment period, such as 3 or 6 months.

4. Submit your NID and required personal information.

5. Complete the provider's verification process.

6. Pay any required down payment.

7. Once approved, collect your smartphone and pay monthly installments.

EMI is processed by Amica Tech Unlimited, which does not charge any processing fee.

Products bought on EMI follow the same warranty and return rules as regular purchases.
