Report any manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement, subject to stock.

The product must be unused, with the complete box, accessories, and invoice.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer.

Software, gift cards, opened earphones, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.
