Accessories and audio products carry a 6-month to 1-year warranty, depending on the brand.
Not covered
Physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks, unauthorised repair, or software modification.
Consumable parts such as batteries after 6 months, cables, and ear tips.

Service time is typically 7–15 working days, depending on parts availability.
